I don't know what's with the girl with the bright red hair in the self-checkout she used to be super nice now she is rude makes you feel like she does not want to be there at all well we're there because you have a job without us you don't have a job sadly I think she forgot that sadly she has an attitude when you go to self-checkout like how dare we be there I don't know sometimes you have to remind people of their position

The parking lot is horrible but I go early to score some freshly made bakery items. They had pretty good peanut sticks also. The main reason I go here is for their cooked country style Ribs.

I ordered a cake for my sons 15th bday and this lady, took my order, I explained xactly what I wanted Miles Morales, I ordered whipped I cing so i get tje colours wont be as vibrant as buttercream but she and her other fake baker associates did the complete opposite of what I asked for, a purple base, not light pink, with a full half sheet of a picture i emailed wasnt big enough, so i dropped off a printed image, still not a half sheet cakes worth, so wanted purple base icing, as purple as whipped icing allowed, with neon green and blue, still not was given, its awful, looks like its for a girl which isnt bad but not what my son asked for, a real son mind you, and she was snarky the entire ordering, dropping off the revised picture, picking up, its horrible customer service, awful cake decoration so dont order from this locations bakery bc if the brunette in black rimmed glasses doesnt think ykur child deserves a cake thats ordeted she'll do whatever it tames to ruin it and act like its your fault because she is an awful person who clearly has issues bc how is this what I asked for? Its not.

I went to the Garritys store in the moring today Saturday 05/23/2026 on 1782 N Keyser Ave in Scranton, PA its a good store that has a professional and friendly staff with the exception of one today and this is what happened: As I was bagging my groceries in the bag your own section a female employee picks up a grocery flyer paper from the floor and puts it by my groceries, and then quickly goes to the cashier in the next aisle in back of me, so I said to the other female employee that was facing towards me "this paper is not mine," and this other female employee politely moved it. However, I left the store and I had to comeback and get something else and that's when I saw the rude female employee that put that grocery advertisement paper that was on the floor by me, and I asked her "Why did you put that paper by me and she quickly said "I thought it was yours," and her demeanor was rude. This rude female employee seen more people in that aisle before me, and that paper was stepped on by many people so why would she just assume that the unsanitary grocery paper was mine. This rude female employee needs educational classes on the importance of sanitation, and showing professionalism

Ppl don't seem to be nice there at all ..the staff seem to be very standoffish there definitely is a few staff members like Minty I met who is outstanding ..I go there for the salad and soup which is top tier their food however is the best in town awesome food no question ..
